There are so many things I like about Regy, including the competitive pricing, fast service, and how simple the software is to use. There really isn’t anything I dislike. My only comment is that I liked receiving the statement of searches along with my invoice when it was emailed to me each week, so I didn’t have to log into my account just to review what I had ordered during the past week. I love Regy because it's very easy to use and because of how quickly customer support responds if I have any questions or need anything specific. I also love their team and the fact that they're Canadian. They have made due diligence very simple for Canadian law firms, allowing us to get all of the search results we need with a click of a button. No platform other than Regy offers summary reports (for free!!). I switched to Regy because it's much easier to use; it saved me a lot of time on searches and offers competitive pricing. They are the most advanced product on the market I use Regy during due diligence to run public registry searches in Canada. It's incredibly easy to use and simplifies due diligence for law firms. It’s an easy-to-use platform that delivers fast results, and the customer support is genuinely helpful. I order all my PPSAs through them, and their summary report is really useful as well. Some features still aren’t fully developed, but they seem open to suggestions and are actively working to fix issues and make improvements. I like that search results come back in a timely manner. Fast search results help me most, especially when lawyers need results in rush scenarios. I also like being able to save searches in my preferred order, and the ability to provide Search Reports when needed and customize them. I use Regy for PPSA searches, and it makes my searches much quicker. Any requests are quickly addressed, and any questions I have are quickly answered. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the search experts. Because of this responsiveness, I am able to make sure that I am conducting the most appropriate searches while keeping my search costs in check.
