What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can cancel the service on their mobile application, but they charge the service for the next month and charge you for late payment.

You cannot pay early, cannot select payment methoda, and late payment fee is %50 of your monthly payment.

This is felony, not a business.

The cancellation process at Regus is highly unethical. Regus purposely charges their customers double in advance, ignores cancellation requests, and the after a subscription is finished, renews the subscription and continues to charge the customer per month behind their backs. 1. Misleading Lounge usage offer

2. Misleading Meeting Room Claims

3. 2-3Mbps Internet connection.

They do not disclose parking charges. They charge you first/ last and security deposits as well as Value Added Taxes to your invoice. When you ask for a refund they deny it. The lowest rating you can get on the BBB website.

What do you like best about Regus?

The people at the reception always nice and cheerful;)

The office space is being kept clean. The location is very "central" restaurants nearby but if you want to bring your oen food there are two kitchen/lunch areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to not use my home address for home business

Trust me; there are countless other options... Try another place. Lawrenceville, GA interaction... Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor startup/getting started support. Non-responsive to new customer issues... It took over seven months to resolve a simple problem. Says one thing, charges you another. It's now 2023, and Regus online support and communication are no different than in 1995. Keep in mind even if they don't hold up their side of the contract, you are still under contract for a year no matter what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The spaces are gorgeous, functional, clean, neat, inspiring. I can only say good things about the several Regus places I've used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service is almost non-existent. Endless emails end up in the same result: "please wait 5-7 biz days and try again" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
