**What do you like best about Regpack?**

saving applicants' progress is helpful to us--there are many parts to our application, including long answers that students sometimes want to come back to

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

It's hard to access information for more than one person at a time, generating reports is difficult, ad it's too expensive.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use regpack to get applicants for our in-person and online programming, the former both long- and short-term.

If you would like to reach out to our team to schedule a Q&A session, we'd love to help show you how to utilize our reporting functionality more efficiently, both for view data for multiple users in 1 view as well as exporting for you to use offline or to send to team members. We have sales reports, product reports, custom reports, as well as info view options that allow you to view specific information you want to see per user in the user panel. Our custom reports allow you to create a report view that you can run on all or a filtered view of users, and then view in a grid like format to view several users at once! 

Regarding cost, if you look at the online registration and payments market, both our software fees as well as payment processing rates are extremely competitive with tons of functionality and customizations that you can't find in other out of the box software. We'd love to talk more about how you can get the most of out the product!
