What do you like best about Regpack?

They asked us what we wanted to build. Unfortunately they did not follow thorugh with it's practicality of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Regpack?

No customers service. You have to email them and wait for days for a repsonse. Typically the response includes "the system cannot do that" even to most basic requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted them to hold all registration info for us. They were not able to allow our users to look up campers nor sort them alphabetically. They also weren't able to solve issues with the system sending the wrong link to campers. It has been such a challenging relationship with regpack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
