**What do you like best about Register.lk?**

I use Register.lk to get a domain and it helps with DNS nameserver changes, which is definitely helpful for pushing my website live. I also find the hosting services valuable because they are cost-friendly. The customer support at Register.lk is friendly and has earned my trust. When I was developing a website and wanted to urgently push it live, the team quickly helped me talk to hostmasters and verify details. This support made a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Register.lk?**

I wish there were live chat features. It would help get in touch with the user sooner than expected.

**What problems is Register.lk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Register.lk for domain registration and DNS changes, which helps push my website live. Their hosting is cost-friendly, and customer support is trustworthy, aiding me efficiently, especially when I needed to push my site live urgently.

I like that Register.lk has a good reputation in Sri Lanka, which made me consider them a better solution for my technical issues. I appreciate their reliable and cost-effective hosting solutions. Their customer service is excellent, and I can contact them whenever I need them. They reply instantly and provide solutions to us. I also host several websites and have registered domain names with them.

The pricing is currently a bit too high. I would like to see prices coming down.
