Reggora Forms is free, UAD 3.6-native appraisal reporting software for residential appraisers, verified by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for the UAD 3.6 specification. It runs in the browser with no desktop install, and includes a dynamic field editor with split view, integrated MLS and public records data, built-in compliance validation, and built-in Sketch for drawing floor plans with automatic UAD 3.6 area calculations that sync into the report. A companion mobile inspection app lets appraisers capture sketches, photos, and property details on site and import them into the report.
