RegFox has great functionality for registration and pre-sale items. Easy to use and set up without any knowledge of coding. We use RegFox because we could not find another product that would give us these attributes. Ease of use for refunds, adjustments and reports is also a benefit. App for on-site check-in is useful. RegFox recently updated their payment platform and had phenominal communication with users to prepare them and help throught the changeover. Unfortunately, this platform didin't use to offer phone support. However, you can now schedule a call for phone support, a great update and improvement based on user feedback. We needed an online registration platform for our not-for-profit events that allowed for merchandise sales at registration as well as easy reporting for multiple users. Ideally, we were looking for a registration platform that didn't require a user to create an account or click through multiple screens. In essence, we needed something user-friendly. One of my favorite parts of RegFox has to be the support team and supporting documentation. On top of a knowledge base with well-documented articles, they have an extremely knowledgeable support team. I specifically worked with Anca a few times in my RegFox journey, and hands down they're the best support person I have dealt with across all of our SAAS products. Quick responses, step by step guides, and in-app screenshots to help us utilize features and fix our issues. Overall, Regfox is a solid platform with a solid team, and our experience has been smooth sailing from the IT and Admin side, which is a rarity in the world of SAAS products. What a nightmare. The company made it so easy to register and the reports are amazing. You can customize your reports to whatever you need. Another thing that I really liked about this company is how quick their support is. You ask a question and it's answered almost immediately. I was very impressed and would recommend this to anybody. I was upset at first because it's pretty difficult to get them on the phone however they're online support is outstanding. Once you get used to it it's simple. We are a non-profit organization. Having people register online was critical to our camp. Prior to this company we were doing it manually and with a ugly little CGI script that did not fit our needs. I love the responsive friendly customer service with real people who stay with you until the issue is resolved. The 'real people' part is a refreshing change for robot response platforms. We have had no issues with RegFox and use it for multiple affiliate members due to the ease of the online registraton platform for both our association staff and all our external members. I used to try to cobble together a couple different programs to hold the necessary info, allow people to register, send automated messages, and easily keep track of the roster. RegFox allows me to do the things I was doing plus so much more! Plus, Customer Support has been amazing - they are quick, helpful and if they don't have the answer, they find it or a work around. RegFox is putting all of the information and registraton into one program that is easily managed. Previously, if there were any changes to the limits per class or changes of people on the roster, every step to take was manual and laborious. It allows me to cancel registrants and yet keep their info, should I need it in the future. The waitlist feature is also amazing for times when we expand our class sizes. The best thing about RegFox is ease of use. RegFox is at it's heart a template built from VERY useful , well targeted modules that are presented in an easy to use format. Beyond that, there's enough flexibility to allow the user to tailor RegFox to their own event. "Actions" are terrific and Soooo easy to use. On top of a fine app, the people are beyond helpful. I've used chat for most of my questions and every one that answered was knowledgeable, patient, prompt and polite. When I asked for a call it came quickly and the answers were accurate. If something isn't possible they tell you outright so no time is wasted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RegFox? Some items that are baked into the forms aren't moveable and can't be deleted. The idea that subsequent registrants can't be edited separately from inital registrants. Editing those sebsequent registrants would add a ton of flexibility. Choosing wether radio buttons and check boxes were either exclusive choice or multiple choice would make for nicer looking forms. Your use of hidden options within the Page Builder sometimes leads to questions for support. For instance, when building coupons, the choices for expiration date and how the coupon is applied don't appear unless the Settings "gear button" is chosen and then if the first three fields haven't been completed the choice of what fields the coupon applies to doesn't appear. That behavior lead me to make a support call. Showing the entire form or making the Discription, Code and Discount fields required would have saved me time and saved you support costs. RegFox eliminates the custom coding that we were using. Of course, that comes at a price in flexibility and formatting. The reporting is a huge saving for us and putting controls on users allows us to give access to the data to veryone that needs it without chancing an unauthorized change in the form. I was having an issue finding something on our registration site and I used the Chatbot option for RegFox. It was great and the chat option was very easy to use. The best part is that the Chatbot also pings an actual person who follows up to be sure that your question and/or issue was taken care of. Whitney at RegFox was great to follow-up with me as I wasn't quite sure I understood where I need to go to find what I was looking for. She even pinged me again when she didn't hear back to me right away. We worked to be sure I understood where I needed to go and all is well. We don't have to rely on old-school paper forms and people coming into our office to get them signed up or registered for events or competitions. With the ease and customization of the back end, we can create almost anything we need. We use it for RV Reservations, Crab Feed ticket sales, Annual County Fair Exhibit/competition sign-ups, and swap meet registrations. Customer service has been extremely helpful and even sent us a quick screengrab video to help us get what we needed. As a nonprofit Fairgrounds this system works great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RegFox? The reporting systems could use some work. It would be nice to be able to customize them a little better. For example, when we have RV reservations, it doesn't show the dates that each transaction is staying. That would help us manage our RV Park availability and know who has reservations when and if they have paid. As of now, we have to run a few reports to get the information we need, and even then it gives us a not super userfriendly excel sheet. You can get up and running very fast, and the tool is flexible enough to be almost as complicated as you'd like. Their editor is simple enough for anyone to use, but also has advanced features. Documentation is great, and their support is extremely helpful if you need clarification on any of it. It's very easy to integrate with your site design and can be implemented in many different ways. We have been searching to replace our current aging registration system, which we use for our continuing education program and conferences. After searching and trying out a few other registration systems and never finding the right fit, we stumbled upon RegFox. SB Sharmion Bowell • Last activity over 4 years ago I have two issues I would love feedback on. I create several 7-10 pages a year for our different events. Everytime I go into regfox I have to navigate to see all pages to access my current event. It would be helpful if the most current event would be the default page. And, because i live in the East Cost Time zone I have to wait 2-3 hours before I can get access first thing in the morning. Would you consider hiring someone remotely closer to the East coast or more centralize.
