Our very small nonprofit has been using RegFox for event registration for seven years. It has been easy to set up and use for both us and our event attendees. Not only do we use it for paid events, but frequently for free events and even as a form for collecting information about our speakers and sponsors. The fees they charge are incredibly reasonable. I love the interface and the professional look of the RegFox pages and templates. But the best part is the top notch support. I had some questions about how best to lay out the pages and was able to ask questions of a very knowledgeable and helpful assistant. Web design is NOT in my job description, but when a client needs support you step up to the plate. RegFox makes it fairly easy, even for the least experienced user. Once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use and update. Even better, when customer service is needed, they have team members (shout out to Whitney for keeping me on track!) that are personable, helpful and very responsive. Transferring payment processors was a bit time consuming for this year's event, but that is in part due to the fact that I was completing the process on my client's behalf. Regfox is an easy way to create an event or course website that enables registration and payments all in one place. We can manage our registrations and track income. Using Regfox is intutitive and easy for teammembers in multiple department to learn and use. Our programming team can interface with our business office on registrations, cancellations, and special circumstances for individuals. The websites templates are easy to use and they look very professoinal. I love the flexibility of RegFox for customizing my events and the ability for participants to purchase insurance for their trip. I'm still figure out all the specifics for setting up email reminders, but I'm getting there. They have been super helpful even when I have stupid questions, or at least questions that I can't find answers for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RegFox? I would like the ability for a payment plan to be customizable. For example, automatically split the payments up into equal payments to be completed by X date. So if someone buys it 6 months ahead and I have final payments due 1 month ahead of time, that they would automatically have their payment plan option to be 5 monthly payments, etc. I'm hoping that if my participants choose the option for payments that they actually make payments. Collecting registrations so I can easily email participants and the ability for they participant ot buy insurance. My retreats are not inexpensive, but we cannot offer refunds due to our tight budget if someone can't attend, so letting them choose insurance is a huge plus. One year user of RegFox - I continue to be very happy and satisfied with the offerings of REgFox - especially the access to a real person in the customer svs area. I've had multiple opportunities to use the Chat window - and I've always received very quick help. The latest is Whitney. Quick answers, helpful dialogue, and good troubleshooting skills. I use the tool daily and have two current event registrations and two being created for 2025. I've had good outcomes for my events. It's a robust tool and I'm very pleased to be using Regfox! The fact that I can customize registration for each event site without having to wait on someone to do it for me is huge for us. I like being able to add a detail to the reg on the spot if a need arrises. The price is great but the independance that it gives you is awesome! What do you dislike about RegFox? Our conference registration is very complex. The reports we generate are not as consolidated as we need. Unable to modify the Waiver in the legal order I need it. I have asked to see if we can fix this but got told is not a priority for Regfox. SB Sharmion Bowell • Last activity over 4 years ago I have two issues I would love feedback on. I create several 7-10 pages a year for our different events. Everytime I go into regfox I have to navigate to see all pages to access my current event. It would be helpful if the most current event would be the default page. And, because i live in the East Cost Time zone I have to wait 2-3 hours before I can get access first thing in the morning. Would you consider hiring someone remotely closer to the East coast or more centralize.
