RefundHalt is refund protection and chargeback protection for iOS and Android apps. When a customer files an Apple refund request or asks for a Google Play refund, the store usually grants it and the developer loses revenue they already earned. Most App Store refunds and Play Store refunds are never contested. Apple's refund policy and Google's refund process both let developers respond with usage evidence, but doing that by hand means running a server that listens for store notifications, matching every refund request to the right buyer, and building the evidence for each case. Almost nobody has time to build that, so the money just goes. RefundHalt is that pipeline, already built. It receives App Store Server Notifications and Google Play notifications, matches each Apple refund or Play Store refund to the buyer, pulls their real usage, builds the evidence, and contests the case with the store automatically. That covers in-app purchase refunds, subscription refunds, and Google Play chargebacks. It is the practical way to reduce refund rate without touching your app, because a contested case with real evidence keeps sales that would otherwise be refunded by default. Setup takes a few minutes. There is no SDK and nothing to install inside the app. RefundHalt works alongside RevenueCat, Adapty, and Apphud, so nothing about an existing setup has to change. Every plan starts with a free trial, and pricing is a flat monthly price, not a percentage of what you keep. Chargebacks are about to cost Android developers real money. From August 2026, Google Play passes chargeback costs to developers: a lost chargeback means losing the sale plus the bank's fee, and the only way to fight one is through the Google chargeback review with evidence.
