Refundely automates deposit refunds for rental companies such as car, van, boat and equipment rental. It reads the rental contract and the final invoice, matches them, and works out how much of the deposit goes back to the customer and why. Your team reviews the amount and approves it with one click. Approved refunds are bundled into a single SEPA payment file that you upload to your own bank. No money passes through Refundely, and there is no need to type IBANs or amounts by hand. Invoices arrive by drag and drop or by email. AI extracts the details, IBANs are checked before payment, and every action is logged for your accountant. Refundely works alongside your existing rental software, so you do not have to switch systems.
