Refrens Eagle lets a business forward a vendor bill, invoice, or receipt over WhatsApp or email; AI extracts the vendor, amount, tax, and line items and prepares a purchase or expense entry for review, instead of downloading, saving, and uploading the same file manually. A native Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration lets users query cash flow, receivables, or stock levels, and perform supported actions such as a stock transfer, directly from a connected AI tool such as Claude. Refrens Trust Score also rates a client or vendor's credit risk from their GST filing history and GSTIN compliance status, useful before extending payment terms or committing inventory spend. Refrens supports multi-currency invoicing for businesses working with international clients, and lets users manage multiple businesses or brands under one account, with role based access for team members and accountants. It connects with other tools through a public API and Pabbly Connect for broader workflow automation, plus a Shopify integration that syncs orders and updates inventory automatically as items sell.
