What do you like best about RefNow?

I like how easy it is to get support from the customer service team. I like the ability to brand and personalize the reference requests and our ability to view time stamps and progress both on the part of the referee and the candidate. What do you dislike about RefNow?

It is not currently possible to require specific referees by type. Some functionalities are less geared towards American users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
