What do you like best about RefNow?

Almost real time-sends notification as you process the employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RefNow?

Some of the employees complain the questions are many that their reference have to fill. Also-the fraud reports need to send the employee a notification for a particular concern raised, as most of the times-your HR and supervisor of previous organisation can be working in the same building and using the same IP. What do you like best about RefNow?

Really easy to use which I think is important - references are important but I know from experience that if they are difficult to provide or too long winded then they don't necessarily do the person receiving the reference justice. I found this tool very easy to use and would happily complete references again using RefNow in the future. I will also recommend it to friends and family who are looking to get references for new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
