Reflex helped us design a platform that could work around our network to accommodate over 7 centers so far, and we're continuing to grow. The platform allows our over 200 staff to access high level simulations with constructive feedback to prepare for their work. The platform is user friendly for both staff and management. The training requires role plays with feedback and having realistic simulations helps with resourcing - we're able to train faster and with fewer trainers and coaches. The time-to-readiness is shorter. We are also able to use a variety of simulations (role plays can get exhausting and repetitive) , including frequent and less frequent scenarios.
