The feature that enables you to give feedback of your peer who works with you and helps you in day to day work. It has that feature which makes it special because most of them time you it will be verbal appreciation for the help from your fellow team mate but this tool have made sure that along with verbal appreciation you have option of thanking it over the tool which will be displayed throughout the organization make the team member visible. It also has option to give credits to team members for helping them out. We have 25$ in our account out of which we can give 5$ along with appreciation for the good work. Sometimes it gets confusing for checking, where the check ins questions has to be answered by manager or employee. If it can be specified properly that it was supposed to be filled by employee that I would not have missed it and as a result my manager filled it instead of me which was not so great. Reflective is simple to use. I think the integration to slack has also helped me engage with it. It is nice to see when some one has "thanked" you. Its also nice to see that retroactively, I just logged in and saw some "thanks" from people a number of months ago. The separate sign in, I don't remember to go into it, so it is not a part of my usual routine. It has not changed how I engage with my team at all. In general these types of tools have been challenging for me personally to engage with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allowing for a custom template in the 1:1 check in's would be extra useful. Sometimes I want to setup questions that will appear in every check in, but doesn't consistently grow on itself. Like:

It is really great to have this feature for our company. It's easy to find past reviews and check-ins and compare feedback over time - both for self, manager, and direct reports. I also love the quick ability to glance over reviews for indirect reports to see the interactions between my direct report leads and their direct reports.
