GUI/ development attention to detail is lacking. GUI may lead user to believe that they can do something when the permissions on the back end prevent them from doing so. They learn the hard way along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reflektive is easy to use to keep myself on top of my goals and ongoing development. It is also a good way of recognizing company wide initiatives, what others in the business are focusing on, and giving and receiving recognition from colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support team is small and has long turn around times. It sometimes takes days to get issues resolved. Also can not create rules within the system based on dates . ex: send 90 day review to all employees hired 90 days ago. this has to be manually done. There are a lot of features to take advantage of. I appreciated Reflektive giving free access to the survey too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not enough thought into some of these features or helpful training/documentation to support said features (as I stated above training is out of date from a few years ago). My last rep was not helpful and was also unprofessional. It's taken quite a long time to get a new rep - after waiting for a while I think I had to ask a couple of times why I hadn't been paired with a new rep - and since being assigned a new one I haven't heard back from them. We mostly use the two core functions, reviews and OKRs in Reflektive. Both of those products are easy to use, great user experience , and there is flexibility and customization available. I like their recognition product as well, but we haven't adopted it yet. The customer service/account management team is great as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working remote, I really enjoy being able share gratitude with my team mates that I am not able to see regularly. Also, the goal setting options within the program help me and my manager to stay on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reflektive does a good job and is continually getting better at being a one stop shop for performance conversations, reviews and recognition. It does all of those things in a way that is straight forward and centralized which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few UI choices that aren't the most intuitive and greater support for real time HRIS syncs would be my two big suggestions for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
