What do you like best about Refiner?

Refiner is great for collecting user feedback via in-app and email methods. It's got well-maintained mobile app SDKs and it integrates with our customer data platform, Segment, which makes the initial integration very quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Refiner?

It's a simple, but effective means to understand what our customers like and dislike about their experience with our service. The implementation was very simple and fast and the interface is easy to use. We especially enjoy the Slack integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
