What do you like best about Refersion?

"Unnecessarily Confusing and Expensive"

What do you like best about Refersion?

The best thing about this software is the dashboard. I like how you can keep all your Affiliates organized in one area and can quickly go in and check who has what commission structure. Unfortunately there is a lot that I dislike (explained below) so I would not recommend Refersion to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Refersion?

There is a lot that I dislike about Refersion.

- It is very glitchy and only links about half of the Affiliate orders to their dashboard. So, that means we have to manually go through Shopify and search under each of the Affiliate discount codes for all their orders to make sure we're paying them the correct commission.

- It's confusing to set up. The "conversion triggers" and setting up custom links that are connected to Shopify are hard to figure out at first and there is a lot to learn for this platform.

- You can't have more than one commission structure per Affiliate. We had a few Affiliates who wanted to offer a higher discount to special customers, and we had to be creative in solving the issue for them.

- The "Referral Link" is very hard to customize. We have to say "Ignore the business details on the right side, we'll manually change those after you sign up" since we don't want to offer the same exact commission structure to each Affiliate.

- It is unnecessarily expensive. There are other softwares out there that are much less confusing or expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Refersion?

It works ok. It tracks properly and allows for an easy onboarding of future affiliates. Their own marketplace is a nice plus. Also, the support has been very helpful and genuinely interested in solving the problems. The dashboard used to be very minimal, and honestly quite terrible, but has improved a lot. What do you dislike about Refersion?

Despite the improvements, the dashboard remains unintuitive, and it is still difficult to browse the necessary data and affiliates. Also, still a lot of switching back and forth between old and new UI. Plus, handling and updating the creatives is painful and time-consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
