What do you like best about Referrizer?

The ability to have contact information, email, text and call logs in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Referrizer?

Would like the ability for multiple family members to earn points. Example family is customer they would get 1 point for each visit. However if they have 5 kids taking lessons they should get 5 points not just the one. You can go in manuely and make this change however that is not time efficient. Not been able to pause and restart campaigns.

the landing page is not flexible enough

Recommendations to others considering Referrizer:

Do not deal with this company. They know nothing about customer service. They are terrible at follow through and support. To me they are a SCAM company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Referrizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tried for many months to resolve a simple problem with the billing department and instead of listening, they had Elena Spasojevic, Senior Account Manager at Referrizer send me a misinformed and aggressive email suggesting I end my contract. It would have been so easy for Elena to call me and get the complete information rather than attack me. Do not deal with this company as they do not listen or support.
