**What do you like best about ReferralMaker?**

We use this mainly for keeping track of contacts and their personal information, such as birthdays, addresses and phone numbers. We also have used it to send newsletters. 

**What do you dislike about ReferralMaker?**

I wish Referral maker was integrated with Qualia and could just pull information over into its database. 

**What problems is ReferralMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send birthday cards every month and Referral Maker makes a list of all the birthdays each month which is very helpful.
