I like Referral Factory because it's easy to navigate, the layout is so bright & user friendly which allows you to get in there and start building your campaigns instantly.

In addition to this, I like the array of features that it has including the incorporation of AI which of course makes it much easier to come up with ideas for design and the text.

Furthermore, as it has all these nifty features I find it's a tool that'll very quickly become something for everyday use. So keeping an eye on your referrals, seeing the open rate and how many sign-ups you've received etc.

Having used Referral Factory for a few campaigns now, I am pleasantly surprised by this new tool that is throwing a spanner in the works for the big referral and affiliate players in the space.

What I like about Referral Factory the most is the ease that you can create things. I mostly preferred to start from scratch but that’s just the type of user I am. There are also templates that can be used too. I tried out the templates and really respect them as an ideal starting point for most users.

I’ve used several affiliate and referral marketing platforms and none have the simplicity and intuitiveness of Referral Factory. There are some more advanced features, such as using bespoke connections via the RF api, however I am not technical and I rely on no-code platforms and plugins within my workflow. I can say however that if the technical tools are as close to the no-code side of things, then this tool really will be a great option for technical and non-technical teams alike!

The interface is wonderfully crafted, and it has allowed me to integrate my CRM on HubSpot into an AI-generated format that will enable me to refer potential clients and customers. Referral programs are rare online. This is one I recommend. As a Life Coach, this is a beneficial platform. Time saving and convenient - saves me doing odd canva models that resemble 80% of the ones on the market and it actually connects to CRMs and has webhooks.
