I liked the pleasing well-matched color palettes and the responsive and clear UI in campaign setup. I really liked the simple Preview in campaign builder. I think it would be nice if the 4 campaign metrics were displayed for all campaigns at once, instead of needing user to click on campaign to expand it. I would love to see more stuff in the premade Templates section; Also did not like the moving background/gifs on template types since it makes it harder to see different options. I really like how user friendly Referral Factory is. The interface looks great with colors that make using it an experience. It's also much easier to get compared to platforms I've tried before. They have guides and YouTube tutorials that walk you through everything step, by step which's a big plus for users.. There are plenty of articles available that are super helpful for digital marketers and business owners giving them valuable insights, into effective referral strategies. Despite the fact that the Referral Factory software fulfills my needs, I have singled out a few areas where improvements can be made. One such area is for instance some sections of its interface could be more formal like on ‘Refer to earn’ tab were there IS whitespace before question marks. Another problem I have noticed so far is non-availability of Shopify integration. Though, while reading YouTube comments by the firm, it has been mentioned that this function will be added in 2024 as per one of their comments. I really love how easy it is to build and edit. They offer color palettes ready for you and have an option for you to customize to fit your branding. Once done and ready, it can be easily integrated into your website. I can't imagine how easy it is to implement after building! I've been using it on my new influencer marketing project and it has been useful. Their customer service is prompt and always ready to help when you have questions. As a digital marketer, I've use a variety of referral softwares/sites, but something I liked a lot about referral factory was the UX. It was so easy to navigate and I wasnt wasting time sitting trying to locate what I was looking for, something which is a gamechanger for someone working for various companies and constantly setting up referral campaigns.
