What do you like best about Referral Factory?

The support is amazing, very responsive! it works well with hubspot integration and is a really good end to end solution for us.

When things don't align they are able to find work arounds - we were with another company before and you get way more for your money with RF! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I appreciate how easy it is to set up a campaign and the extensive support provided for new users. Their team is willing to guide me through the platform and review my campaigns, offering valuable feedback. What do you dislike about Referral Factory?

I find the user interface for managing emails somewhat confusing. The options for triggering different types of emails are not very clear, which could be improved. Additionally, the ability to customize the pages where referral links direct to is quite limited. It would be beneficial to have more options to change layouts and add different elements. What truly sets Referral Factory apart for me, though, is their customer support. The chat function is super helpful, and I always get timely responses—either via chat or follow-up emails. Every interaction has been thorough, kind, and warm, which makes me feel genuinely comfortable reaching out whenever I need help.
