Product Description

Referral Factory is an incredibly easy to use referral marketing solution, geared at helping you get more referred customers. You can 'build your own referral program in under 5 minutes'. With access to over 1000 pre-built referral program templates you can either copy a referral program template, OR build your own referral program from scratch. You don't need to install any tracking scripts on your website - which means that you can launch a referral program without the help of developers. Our referral software comes with a built in 'page builder' so you can build your own pages to capture referrals, and these can look and feel 100% on brand. What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I think it is great for referral management and ongoing contact. My starting point was that I needed a robust Referral Management system which was easy to use and which could cope with the kind of schema I wanted to put in place for a course I've developed. My gut feel is that a referee is more likely to buy this course from someone who has completed it, than from a cold call. So in time, it would help my course reach larger audiences, thus reinforcing its value.

in short, I needed an "out of the box" Referral Management System which could sysnch with HubSpot (works very well indeed) to automate most of the heavy lifting. Referral Factory has all the features I tthought I needed and more than a few more besides.

it took a bit longer than I thought it would to get started - more how to videos would be useful.

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I have always believed that leads from a referral are among the highest converting types of leads for my consulting business, but it was hard to systemize it. Until today. I found Referral Factory and tested it immediately as it fits my current business model. I was so amazed by what I found.

The drag-and-drop campaign manager is powerful and easy to use. It guides me step by step on how to create my first campaign. I don't think I need expert help, but I know they offer that service when I need it.

Having QR code to share the referral links is a bonus. Sometimes I work with offline clients, which I can start distributing to my existing clients to allow them to refer someone to the business.

Referral Factory is a great tool for generating good quality leads by harnessing the power of referrals from your satisfied customers. It is very easy to use - I personally get a headache when I have to learn how to use new tools, but Referral Factory is super intuitive and easy to use. I like the fact that it integrates with my CRM and that you can check and download analytics, so it's easy to map out referral effectiveness. The feature I love most is the reward program: if someone makes a good referral to you, you want to be able to reward them for helping you. The reward options are so many that it is virtually impossible not to make the person you are rewarding really happy for the help they are giving you. Great job guys!!! By far the biggest reason why I chose Referral Factory vs other solutions in the market was the integration with Pipedrive. Running a team without much technical support from the rest of the organisation, RF let us deploy things without development support that in other cases would take us months or years to deploy. Reduced the production time for the campaign, localisation was very strong (supports 21 languages) and has helped us unlock more growth overall. Our software doesn't have an off-the-shelf solution for tiered rewards. If you would like to issue tiered rewards, that is something you will need to custom-build using our API. Our API allows you to see how many referrals and converted referrals each user has and from there you can customize the tiered rewards on your end.

We don't generally recommend tiered rewards as they tend to become very complicated and we find that the easier a campaign is to follow and understand, the more people will participate in it which means more referrals for you. But, if you want to go that route, you would need to use the API for that.

Referral Factory's software solved my problem of landing more clients after I had completed a job. Many clients loved my work, but without this kind of marketing software, I lacked the ability to incentivize past clients to pass the word along to bring in more work. Setting up a program like this on my own would have cost a lot more with other client referral companies and taken more work to try to build up my own client referral base with fewer results. Instead, Referral Factory gives me an all-in-one system that enables me to integrate my contacts list with the program, send emails to ask clients to refer my services, help me identify who is referring my company, give them cash or vouchers in return, and track the results.
