It's organised and integrated across internal and external stakeholders in a really pleasing way - the operating system and dashboard are really simple to use. The price point is pretty good too, especially if you're looking to scale. With presets, you get maximum performance from the start - which you can, of course, tweak as you see fit to ensure that you balance rewards for referrals with the power of creating future business. The software being no-code means I can use it easily without needing too many technical skills, and its integration capabilities mean I don't need further assistance to make its functionality work with tools I'm already familiar with. It's no-code, out-of-the-box - that opens so many doors for businesses that are looking to scale. You don't need technical expertise to get it all set up, and you don't need design expertise to make the UX look clean. We wanted to give people a reason to talk about us on social media - and to back that up with an established system that would reward that kind of positive publicity. With Referral Factory, we had a one-stop-shop for all of that - so we could encourage our existing users to spend a little time helping us with marketing so that they would receive a reward. What I liked best was seeing how a modern referral platform is put together. It gave me a better understanding of how businesses can automate what would otherwise be a fairly manual process. I also liked that it provides a structured framework for running a referral programme, rather than having to manage referrals in a more time consuming way through emails and spreadsheets. I could customise anything I needed to without technical skills - that's what really clinched it for me! I was able to build a complete referral campaign that was fully integrated with software we already use. It does a great job of keeping track of who is referring leads as we've grown our partnership program. By far one of the easiest softwares to use and integrates with HubSpot for better visibility into our deals/pipeline. We have better insights into our customer acquisition processes and running a report is much easier then trying to remember a word of mouth referral that may have come in via email. Onboarding was a breeze, and we've been with them for over 2-years now without having any performance or tracking issues. Our partners have never complained about tracking activity or missing referrals, and we like having visibility into what partnerships are driving referral success. Referral Factory makes referral marketing feel simple, and measurable. It is easy to use, so you can get a professional referral programme live without needing developers or building something custom from scratch. The builder makes it much easier to create branded referral pages, links and campaigns, while still giving enough flexibility to make the programme feel like part of your own brand. I also like the tracking, referral analytics, alerts and conversion visibility make it much easier to understand what is performing, where referrals are coming from and whether the campaign is delivering a return. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it feels like a practical option because you can start at a level that suits your business and scale up as the referral programme begins to prove itself. It takes something that could easily become overcomplicated and makes it manageable as well as performance-focused. Our company is designed around the customer experience, and Referral-Factory has allowed us to empower our community to share their experience with others through unique referral links. It gives us a reliable way to track referrals to ensure the people being referred receive extraordinary service, and it allows us to reward the person making the referral in a way that would have otherwise been much more difficult and far less reliable to track. The customer service is extremely helpful. I certainly would have never gotten this off the ground with out their help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Referral Factory? One challenge is that some of the important features are restricted on the lower tier plan Which can make the initial implementation more difficult. Since an important aspect of the pricing is already based on the number of active users (affilaites and referrals) It's a bit unclear why certain features this successful setup and long term program growth are limited. I'm anxious to expand access to the web hooks to improve the communication and automation aspect of the solution because right now I'm to what is available through Zapier.
