**What do you like best about ReferIn?**

ReferIn solves a critical problem - generating warm referrals systematically and consistently. Everyone knows warm referrals are the best way to generate pipeline with the highest propensity to convert. The issue is they are one-off and generally hard to track. ReferIn enables us to track the referral process the same way we track our outbound process and has dramatically increased the amount of introductions and pipeline from our company's collective network.

**What do you dislike about ReferIn?**

There's still some kinks as it is a fairly new product. But the team is on top of it and incredible about incorporating user feedback.

**What problems is ReferIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating warm referrals systematically from the collective network of our company, investors, friends & family. We knew that warm referrals were the channel that converted more than any others and we wanted a way to drive this more proactively.
