**What do you like best about RefDB?**

The fact the RefDB make it so simple to export/create multiple file formats from DocBook sources.

**What do you dislike about RefDB?**

The GUI is a little lacking and needs to be updated to reflect the newer operating systems out there.  As of now it kind of looks like a Windows 95 software.

**What problems is RefDB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to export our DocBook files out to PDF format for clients needs and reasons.
