"Effective for Reducing Data Volume and Improving Review Strategy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Reef Review?

I find it effective for early case assessment and for handling large-scale data processing before a full document review begins. It enables teams to quickly analyze, filter, and cull data volumes, which is critical for controlling costs and strengthening the overall review strategy.

The platform is especially helpful for identifying relevant data early in the process, supporting better decision-making before moving information into full review platforms. I also appreciate how it provides clear insight into the dataset, helping teams prioritize what truly needs to be reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reef Review?

With Reef Review, it’s geared more toward early-stage data processing and analysis, so it may not fully replace end-to-end review platforms for more detailed document review workflows.

In addition, users who aren’t already familiar with data processing or early case assessment concepts may need some time to get comfortable and understand how to use the platform effectively. That said, for teams with experience in eDiscovery workflows, it can become a very valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reef Review?

When I first started using it, the difficulty was in the code that the vendor provided to review their software. And that took a while to kind of crack, so that kind of connection to Reef Review could be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reef Review Simplifies Large-Scale Document Review with Powerful Search and Analytics"
4/5
What do you like best about Reef Review?

The best part of Reef Review is how it simplifies large scale document review. The search, filtering and analytics tools make it easy to find relevant information quickly and keep the review process organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reef Review?

Some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve, and certain analytics functions can occasionally produce false positives, which means some results still need manual verification. That said, a learning curve is to be expected with any tool of this calibre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
