## Reef Review Reviews
  ### 1. Effective for Reducing Data Volume and Improving Review Strategy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suman N. | e-Discovery Project Manager, Legal Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reef Review?**

I find it effective for early case assessment and for handling large-scale data processing before a full document review begins. It enables teams to quickly analyze, filter, and cull data volumes, which is critical for controlling costs and strengthening the overall review strategy.

The platform is especially helpful for identifying relevant data early in the process, supporting better decision-making before moving information into full review platforms. I also appreciate how it provides clear insight into the dataset, helping teams prioritize what truly needs to be reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Reef Review?**

With Reef Review, it’s geared more toward early-stage data processing and analysis, so it may not fully replace end-to-end review platforms for more detailed document review workflows.

In addition, users who aren’t already familiar with data processing or early case assessment concepts may need some time to get comfortable and understand how to use the platform effectively. That said, for teams with experience in eDiscovery workflows, it can become a very valuable tool.

**What problems is Reef Review solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reef Review helps address the challenge of managing large volumes of data in the early stages of eDiscovery. Without effective data reduction and analysis, review costs and timelines can increase significantly.

With Reef Review, it’s easier to filter out irrelevant data, concentrate on the most important information, and make better-informed decisions before moving into a full review environment. Overall, this supports greater efficiency, lower costs, and a more strategic approach to document review.

  ### 2. Seamless Doc Hosting with Clunky UI

**What do you dislike about Reef Review?**

The UI feels a bit clunky.

**What problems is Reef Review solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reef Review for mining huge amounts of information for data and it provides easy integration into regulatory compliance efforts, which simplifies engagement with our outside councils.

  ### 3. Reef Review Simplifies Large-Scale Document Review with Powerful Search and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reef Review?**

The best part of Reef Review is how it simplifies large scale document review. The search, filtering and analytics tools make it easy to find relevant information quickly and keep the review process organised.

**What do you dislike about Reef Review?**

Some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve, and certain analytics functions can occasionally produce false positives, which means some results still need manual verification. That said, a learning curve is to be expected with any tool of this calibre.

**What problems is Reef Review solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reef Review solves the challenge of managing and reviewing large data sets during legal discovery. Its search, analytics, and AI assistant tools help quickly surface relevant documents, improving efficiency and cutting down a ton of time that would otherwise be spent manually reviewing data.

  ### 4. Facilitates Analyses, But Needs to Improve Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

I like the ease of use of Reef Review. The analytical review greatly facilitates my work and saves time. Furthermore, the initial setup of Reef Review is accessible and understandable.

**What do you dislike about Reef Review?**

I have concerns about information security because it is a tool that works in the cloud.

**What problems is Reef Review solving and how is that benefiting you?**
