ReedPort is counter software for independent small engine and outdoor power equipment repair shops. It covers the work that happens at the counter: customers, machines, work orders, parts, invoices, and who owes what. Look up a customer by name, phone number, or email to see their open tickets, their machines, and their balance. Open a machine by serial number and every ticket ever written on it is there, including tickets from before the current owner bought it. Write the ticket by typing or scanning part numbers and labor codes. A USB barcode scanner works in any field. Finish the ticket as an invoice right away, or leave it open until parts come in. Record cash, check, or card, or put it on the customer's charge account. Invoices print, save as a PDF, or email as a PDF. Charge accounts carry 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ day aging, and parts inventory updates when stock is received and when parts go out on a ticket. ReedPort runs in a web browser on the Windows PC or Mac a shop already has. One plan: $40 a month per shop, every employee included, 14-day free trial with no card.
