Reede is legal practice management software for Canadian law firms. It holds a matter's documents, data, deadlines and billing in a single system, from intake through to filing. A matter is created either by entering details directly or by uploading a document — an intake email, a contract, a court form, a corporate record — which Reede reads to extract the parties, dates and amounts. The matter opens with a checklist, key dates and its document set. From that matter file, Reede provides: - Document drafting: agreements, letters, forms, resolutions and registers generated from the matter's stored data - Electronic signature: documents sent for signature from the file, with executed copies saved back to the matter - Deadline tracking: filings due, renewal and notice windows, outstanding signatures and unpaid invoices - A contracts register recording parties, term, and renewal and termination dates - Invoicing and client status updates - An assistant that operates on the matter's own data, with permissions set by the firm Reede supports any practice area and all Canadian provinces. Manual data entry is available for every workflow and document extraction is optional. Generated documents are marked for review by counsel. Reede is a workflow tool, not legal advice.
