Features and tweaks are constantly being added to make it better which like all software can cause some headaches. We have a long list of others we will be going after. The the Balance Sheet Certification process for the sites that have gone live we have realized about 4-8 hours of time savings during close for each company code. The steps are useful and therefore end user training is easy to deliver. **What do you dislike about RunMyJobs?** Some aspects of Data storage and system programming logic initially were not good. This affected performance, data retrieval. For example, the Workbench functionality performance very quickly started to slow down the more processes were stored. Very integrated with ERP (SAP transaction, API based) enabling improved process standardization and industrialization (very good support for process standardization and scalable effect in a GBS shared services context) **What do you dislike about RunMyJobs?** Not linked to the tool but to reach sucess the platform requires good business maturity on process standardization and mapping at level three detailed knowledge. At the end of the day, the functional expertise on design is the most time consuming for rapid time to market process implementation in the organization and payback. Also platform requires strong ERP knowledge for best integration with robot process efficiency. The IT wll need also to invest entry ticket and resource (limited but must have) to build technical expertise for platform implementation, robotized process delivery SAP integrated and deliver necessary further business support. But this is not a default of the platform but more the necessary skills to make it happen. **Recommendations to others considering RunMyJobs:** Spend time to analyse and study the target process that make the most synergies with automation (scale, effort, control). Were looking for more screen scraping abilities to accomplish these. We were able to resolve everything they asked for with Redwood but required a developer to intervene. **Recommendations to others considering RunMyJobs:** Security flexibility was a significant obstacle - part of due to SOX requirements at my company but primarily due to ability to limit access to business users and allow them to run only their Bots but still allow them to monitor the status of the Bot in control center. This may be due to a lack of Redwood security expertise and if that is the case could have used more robust support for security issue resolution. Redwood is difficult for business users to build their own Bots.
