"Reliable tracking platform for serious advertisers"
5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

As the owner of Studija 4D, I have been working in online advertising for many years and have tested several tracking platforms over time. What I like best about RedTrack.io is the accuracy of tracking, the strong functionality, and the reliable support team. For our current needs, RedTrack is definitely our number one choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

Like any IT system, RedTrack.io may have some areas that could be improved, but I cannot point out any specific major disadvantages. Whenever I face a challenge or have a question, the support team helps me find a solution, so overall my experience has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Thank you, Ramūnas. "Reliable tracking platform for serious advertisers" is exactly the bar we aim for — and hearing it framed that way by someone who has tested several platforms over the years carries real weight.

The agency workflow you describe — managing multiple traffic sources across projects and getting a clearer view of what's actually generating results — is one of the use cases the platform is most deliberately built around. Glad it's earning its place at Studija 4D.

And good to hear support has been part of why the experience holds up. That's something we work hard to keep right.

Wishing you continued strong results.

"I use it every day"
5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

The landing page rotation is what I get the most out of. I can put multiple landers and offers into live traffic, let RedTrack split it across them, and see clearly which variant converts best, all broken out by lander in the reporting. The S2S postback tracking backs that up by keeping attribution accurate even when iOS and cross-domain break the browser pixel, which matters a lot when you're running Meta traffic to advertorials. Not the prettiest UI, but for direct response where the lander makes or breaks the campaign, being able to test and read the data in one place saves real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

The UI feels dated and a bit clunky compared to newer tools, and some of the reporting views take more clicks than they should to get to the breakdown you actually want. Once it's configured it runs fine, but the initial setup is where most of the frustration lives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Thanks, Andrei. Lander rotation paired with S2S is one of the use cases the platform is genuinely built for, especially with Meta-to-advertorial traffic where the lander does the work and pixels can't be relied on. Good to hear it's earning its place in your daily setup.

You're right about the UI, and I'd rather acknowledge it directly than spin it. Some reporting paths take more clicks than they need to, and the initial setup carries more friction than it should — especially for direct response where speed-to-first-test matters most. Both are areas we're working on. Not promising timelines, but the feedback isn't sitting in a void.

The level of specificity here is genuinely useful. Thanks for taking the time.

"RedTrack: Powerful Tracker with an Excellent User Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

We've been using RedTrack for our affiliate and paid media campaigns, and it has become an essential part of our daily operations.

UI/UX: The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Even complex tracking setups feel straightforward, which helps our team work more efficiently.

Performance: Reporting is fast and reliable, and the platform handles high volumes of traffic without issues. We can quickly analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions.

Integrations: RedTrack integrates smoothly with the traffic sources and platforms we use. The setup process is simple, and connecting campaigns takes very little time.

Support & Onboarding: The onboarding experience was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. Their guidance helped us get up and running quickly.

Overall, RedTrack offers the right balance of powerful tracking capabilities and ease of use. It has helped us improve campaign management, save time, and scale our marketing efforts more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

The platform offers many features, which is great, but some advanced settings could be organized more intuitively. A few workflows could be simplified for first-time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Thank you for the thorough review, Harshil. Hearing that RedTrack has become part of daily operations across both affiliate and paid media is genuinely the best signal we get — it means the platform is doing its job in the background instead of demanding attention.

The note on advanced settings and first-time user workflows is fair, and I want to acknowledge it directly rather than wave it off. As the feature surface has grown, some areas of the UI carry history that newer users don't have context for, and that shows up exactly where you'd expect — in the more advanced flows. It's an active area of work, and specific, grounded feedback from operators running real campaigns is what helps us prioritize the right cuts.

If anything in particular tripped up your team during onboarding, we'd genuinely like to know. The product team reviews these directly.

Appreciate you taking the time.

"Impeccable Integrations, Tracking Without Redirects"
5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

I like practically everything about RedTrack.io. The number of integrations it offers is impressive. The diversity of tracking options is very useful to me, and the affiliate panel is excellent. I also appreciate the ability to create different conversion events, which allows it to be used as a centralized dashboard. Additionally, tracking without redirects is a significant advantage, as there is a script you place on the landing page that reads the parameters directly, which increases speed and prevents rejections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

Sometimes the costs do not update correctly, although this has happened a few times, in 3 years it has occurred 4 times or less. For those cases, you can make manual adjustments, which is a bit complicated. Perhaps the aspect I like the least is that it does not allow any kind of design customization. For a platform you use daily, it would be nice to make it feel more "personal" both in colors and by changing logos, even being able to use a personalized URL for the panel. These are cosmetic changes, but they would be very appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Three years in and still impressed by the integrations and no-redirect tracking — thank you for that, Tomás, it genuinely means a lot.

Your personalization request is the part I want to flag directly: making the panel feel like your own through custom colors, logos, and a personalized URL is something we hear from experienced operators, and I'm passing your note to the product team as a specific, well-articulated ask. That kind of detail helps it get prioritized properly.

On cost sync — you're being generous, and you're right that manual adjustment is the current fallback when a sync lags. We'd like that to be rarer and simpler, and we're working on it.

Appreciate you being specific about what's working and what isn't. That's the most useful kind of review we get.

"You are like an older brother... love and hate at the same time!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

The integration between Redtrack and Taboola. More than 90% of all information needed is tracked. So this is very valuable to me.

The customer support is excellent. Even though my plan gives me only email support, they are excellent and pretty quick with the replies needed. And they saved me in a moment where I was giving up Redtrack.

I can change the campaign's URL with them running. That gives me the chance to make more and better tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

The complexity of implementation in order to be all set to run Taboola Ads.

The dashboard is complex and it doesn't give me all the info I need. So I prefer to spend some time to type in data in a customized excel sheet than to analyze the data on Redtrack's dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Hi Alexandre, thank you for the feedback! We are thrilled to hear that our data accuracy and support team have met your expectations. Providing reliable, high-fidelity data for media buying is at the core of what we do.

I sincerely regret that the initial setup and reporting felt complex. Please know that we are committed to continuous refinement, and I have shared your specific insights with our Product Team for review. Regarding data portability: RedTrack offers robust export features and seamless integrations with various visualization tools to help streamline your workflow. I encourage you to reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who can help you optimize these automations.

You can also track our progress and upcoming features via our public roadmap (link is attached). We appreciate your partnership!

"Optimized Campaigns but Needs Better UX"
4/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

I like the feature to test a lot of pages and different versions of the landing pages we run in my business. Especially, I appreciate the tracking feature that syncs with the platforms we use to sell our products. The A/B testing helps us see which landing pages convert more, which in turn helps us decide what to use for running ads to get more conversions and sell more. RedTrack.io not only helps me track campaigns but also lets me optimize them effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

Maybe the dashboard needs to improve. I believe RedTrack.io needs to not only improve the UX of the platform, but also allow users to create personal dashboards and visualize campaign information with a better visual and UX, like seeing graphics more easily. The initial setup was hard because RedTrack.io has a different way to integrate with the platforms we sell our products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Hi, Filipe!

Thank you for the detailed review. Hearing that A/B testing and cross-platform tracking are actively helping you decide what to scale is exactly the kind of loop the platform is meant to support.

On the custom dashboards point — this is something we built AI Copilot for. Instead of configuring each chart and metric by hand, you describe what you want to see (e.g. "compare conversion rates across my top landing page variants by traffic source over the last 30 days") and Copiilot builds the view for you, with the visualizations and breakdowns laid out. It's designed to help you present data the way you need it, not to make decisions for you.

Worth trying on one of your current A/B tests to see how it handles your specific setup.

Separately — we hear you on the broader UX. It's an ongoing area of work, and reviews like this one help us prioritize where to focus. If you'd like to share more specifics about which flows felt clunky (especially around the initial platform integration you mentioned), reach out our support and we'll make sure the feedback lands with the product team.

Thanks for being with RedTrack!

"Cost-Effective with Strong Support but Needs Process Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

I appreciate RedTrack.io's robust technical support. Even though it's AI-powered, it usually handles things quite well and resolves most of my questions promptly. I also find the platform's design attractive and visually appealing, which helps me quickly see whether a campaign is performing well or not. Additionally, the initial setup was easy with the support of their agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

When I look at very long time ranges to optimize, it usually takes a long time to load the data. It often freezes. We need to automate certain processes. For example, having to manually set the 'S2S Postback' depending on the data source seems quite impractical to me. I've made a lot of human errors because of this. If I set the traffic source to 'Y', I want the postback to automatically be the one for source 'Y'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Hi, Victor! Thank you for the detailed feedback. I’m glad our support team and AI tools have been able to resolve your questions promptly, and that our dashboard design is helping you make those quick performance calls.

Your observation about automating the S2S Postback based on the traffic source is spot on. We want to eliminate the risk of human error whenever possible, and I’ve shared your specific suggestion with our product team. Automating these manual configurations is a key focus for us this year as we work to make RedTrack even more "set-and-forget."

Regarding the data loading for longer time ranges: we are currently optimizing our infrastructure to handle these deep-dive analyses much faster, ensuring the platform remains as snappy as our real-time tracking.

While we roll out these automations, don't hesitate to lean on our internal experts or our network of certified integration partners. They can often help set up custom templates that minimize manual work and keep your multichannel attribution airtight. Thanks for helping us improve!

"Simple Yet Versatile Tracking Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

I've been running with RedTrack.io for a long time, and I like the simplicity of the platform and the UI. It has improved over time but was good from the start. Overall, it's stable and offers the versatility I need with different domains and tracking needs from sources and offers. Have vast reporting grouping options. Things are easy to find, and if something isn't clear, the help section is helpful, along with the actual support. The initial setup was very easy, with an onboarding call that covered the important parts and any questions I had, plus I received the video of the onboarding for future reference if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

There is options to see several campaigns reporting, if they are on he same source, offer, etc. however, missing the options to self choose campaigns that would like to have combine reproting for, on the same reporting. there is API, Export and different other reporting options which help. but the above is just missing for me on the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Thank you for the detailed review, and for being a long-time RedTrack user. It's especially good to hear the onboarding landed well — the call plus the recorded video for later reference is exactly how that's meant to work, so it's nice to know it held up in practice.

On the reporting gap: you've described it precisely. Today, grouping works cleanly when campaigns share a source or offer, but hand-picking a few specific campaigns across those boundaries and combining them into one report isn't a built-in flow yet. That's a clear, concrete request, and I'm passing it to the product team as exactly that — much more actionable than a general "improve reporting" note.

In the meantime, it may be worth seeing whether AI Copilot can assemble a closer version of that view by describing the campaigns you want grouped. It won't necessarily replace a native multi-select, but it could narrow the gap depending on your setup.

Appreciate you taking the time, and for being specific about both what works and what's missing.

"A robust and reliable platform for precise online conversion tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

What I like most about Redtrack is the ability to centralize all platforms, checkout platforms, and paid traffic channels in one place. And it's not just paid traffic: you can also centralize organic traffic and any other type of traffic. In the end, this means having everything gathered in one place, which makes life much easier on a daily basis.

Another very positive point is the ease of integrating RedTrack with platforms via API. The process is very simple: just go to Traffic Channel and connect your account with a few clicks.

The support has also been great. Lately, I've been solving my problems there and always receive complete answers for everything I need. As I use Redtrack every day, I highly recommend it for daily analysis, both macro and micro, of any operation that has some type of traffic, whether paid or organic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

What might not please me about RedTrack is the interface. Although this does not affect the platform's performance, I believe that a designer with a more refined touch could make it even better. I don't doubt that, in a few months, they will have already fixed this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Hi, Linecker! We really appreciate you sharing this. It’s rewarding to see that RedTrack is helping you centralize everything—from paid to organic—and that our API integrations are making your daily analysis so much easier.

Your observation about our interface is spot on. While we’ve focused heavily on the "engine" (the data accuracy and attribution), I agree that the "dashboard" deserves that same level of refinement. You’ll be glad to know that a significant UI/UX overhaul is a top priority for my team this year.

It's great that your clients are seeing a more robust analysis than standard APIs can offer. If you ever need a more bespoke setup as you scale, remember that our internal support and our network of certified integration partners are here to handle the heavy lifting.

Thanks for being a daily user!

"Elevating Our Marketing Strategies with Precision Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about RedTrack.io?

What we really love about Redtrack isn't just its awesome tracking capabilities and smooth integrations with big platforms like Google and Facebook, but also how easy it is to get started. Setting up was a breeze, and their amazing customer support has been super helpful whenever we've needed a hand. We find ourselves using Redtrack all the time because its user-friendly design and real-time insights are clutch for keeping our marketing strategies sharp and on point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?

Honestly, there's barely anything negative to say about Redtack. Its solid features and super intuitive design fit our needs perfectly. Any minor hiccups we've come across are totally outweighed by the overall value it brings to our marketing efforts. It's been a great pick for our agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Konstantin Vashkevich of RedTrack.io

Hi, Ashish!

Thank you for the incredible feedback. It’s great to hear that RedTrack is "clutch" for your agency’s strategy—we love being the centralized hub that brings all your Google and Facebook data into one clear view.
