The downside of REDTEAM is the time difference Eastcoast vs Westcoast makes it difficult to get the customer service when it's needed. They do have it by schedule however it is difficult to schedule when issues will occur. However with that been said I have received after hours help from Frederick. It does not have the AI to label drawings for you like other software such as Procore, AND you have to print checks to pay subs or use another method since it does not pay via direct deposit to subcontractor's accounts.
