What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex? The downside of REDTEAM is the time difference Eastcoast vs Westcoast makes it difficult to get the customer service when it's needed. They do have it by schedule however it is difficult to schedule when issues will occur. However with that been said I have received after hours help from Frederick. As an HR and Payroll Administrator, I use RedTeam quite often. This software is built not only for construction purposes but also for timekeeping (payroll) and expenses (accounting). Accounting, estimating and operations is all done from one platform. The level of organization that creates in the company represents money being saved on employees getting things done more effectively and for a fraction of the price. It does not have the AI to label drawings for you like other software such as Procore, AND you have to print checks to pay subs or use another method since it does not pay via direct deposit to subcontractor's accounts. Recommendations to others considering RedTeam Flex: Think about the money you will save when you have all the company information and processed in one place? It's a worthwhile investment.
