The benefits are, its very similar to schedule in RT as it is in Microsoft Projects, so I often start most schedules in RT and export out to finish offline in projects. RedTeam is now the 4th construction management system I have learned and worked with daily. The "Chat" feature is the best. I can get answers to what I need. If the support person is unsure, they find an answer to get one to me after the chat. This is the first construction management system I have used with the "chat" feature. Although I like the plans section it is where I have the most difficulty. They seem to get out of order all on their own! I would have to say that my favorite part is the ability to chat immediately with a member of the support team. Even when there are problems, having ready access to someone to help makes them seem less huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex? They are growing and adapting, which is great, but there are so many updates happening that it's almost impossible to keep up, and sometimes the updates seem to undo some of the previous fixes we had worked out. Change is good, but too much change too quickly can be tough to manage. I'm also not wild about the fact that there isn't a portal for subcontractors to log into to view plans and POs. A previous system I used had this and it made a world of difference in people getting things in a timely fashion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering RedTeam Flex: It's definitely a program worth considering especially for small to medium sized contractors, but I would really weigh if you need a subcontractor portal.
