I like that in Redtail Technology you can see individual members within the household and quickly integrate between the households. I'm having a hard time integrating the Redtail calendar with our Outlook calendar. Also, being able to see client history notes with email all in the same easy-to-read spot would be great. Redtail is great regarding their capabilities to store data and the interworking's between our team. It is also good for tracking activities and assigning work to other team members. The workflows and activities have to completed in their format and it can be difficult to work around. Additionally, a lot of the integrations they pitch get 80% of the way there but lack the final execution to work seamlessly as you would hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Redtail Technology solving and how is that benefiting you? Client contact data and activity tracking. Using the software at its simplest level is where we have found the most use. It can store client data and track activities. I wish there was a seemless integration with the outlook calendar but each different option they offer has a drawback in one way or another. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology? Frequently down. That was a huge problem when we had meetings and couldnt access the calendar. Email was down too. They need to remove the feature of holding a meeting and being able to move it on the calendar. I don't want to say that redtail is not suitable for everyone, but for our financial services practice, implementation from a proprietary CRM to redtail did not work out for us.
