The logs are not informative unfortunately. So this leaves you with either runnning the back ups again or leaving it as on the console it will show successful. Very confusing. **Recommendations to others considering Redstor Backup for Microsoft 365:** Worth the value. Saves clients money aswell from the Bill costs of maintain Hardware and keeping the Protected and powered up where with Redstor 365. You can migrate full to the cloud and also have redstor backups on the go. **What problems is Redstor Backup for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently we are solving problems with clients that have lost all information from their 365 account, such as one drive missing, license was removed from a user for over 30 day but redstor still has the data. So we restore the user with a license and then their data. The benefits realized is that it very convenient to have such a solution and tool at the click of you fingers and your seat. No need to any physical copies. All up in the cloud. ### 2. All you really need to do is provide a username /password with the right level of access and you're away! **What do you dislike about Redstor Backup for Microsoft 365?** It's hard to think of any negatives as the solution just works although I would say needing a Super Admin account to complete the setup routine is a bit excessive especially as most Ops engineers do not have that level of access to an M365 estate. **What problems is Redstor Backup for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to backup mailboxes and office 365 accounts. It can also backup solutions that leverage Sharepoint and/or Onedrive. It is the perfect all-in-one package. ### 4. One drive restore is tricky compared to the mail restore.
