Owner Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 10/6/2023 "Why I use Redstor" 5/5 What do you like best about CyberSentriq? This product is easy to use, the agent is secure and meets compliance standards. We had to do a bare metal recovery on a computer and the recovery was fast. We simply ran a script provided during windows installation and it brought it all back on the machine within 1hr 20min. I know our internet connection has some to do with it however, their connection to the data had no lag and was back up fast. We also had that client using a different computer during that time and had access to their data live off the cloud and were able to continue working while we fixed their computer. Also customer service is excellent. The support helped us with the process to make sure we didn't run into any issues with the recovery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
