Redstore is a reliable backup and archiving solution, offers strong encryption and security measures to protect against threats and breaches, Desktop Program and Web Gui very easy to use, Adaptable and scalable, it has great features like versioning, dedup and compression, Redstore Support provides excellent customer support and assi with easy intergration and implementation. "Backup and Archiving Review" 4/5 What do you like best about CyberSentriq? The software is easy to use and to setup from scratch. Restores work like a dream, restore from cloud is super fast. Some times we have had issues getting hold of Redstor support to assist with backup problems. I recently had to recover and restore data for a few clients for the first time in a year since using redstor and it went flawlessly. Redstor products are very user friendly which provide excellent features to manage phsical and cloud based infrastructure. Redstor also provide excellent customer support and guidance for managing your backup estate. Redstor provide a wide range of useful reports via the management console which can be configured easily and can be distributed to a number of email contacts. The software is great, in my opinion, with a clear and easy-to-use interface and lots of backup choices. Its neat and uncluttered user interface is one of its best qualities. What do you dislike about CyberSentriq? Redstor costs more than other backup services, which may be a drawback for MSPs that are just getting started and are searching for reasonable pricing. Even though, we can restore the images in AWS environment, the speed of restore is slower than Azure enviornment. Also restoring the image in the Onprem DC, is slow. What do you dislike about CyberSentriq? It would be better if local backups to a USB/NAS worked better as far as frequency. Whether they have a complete hardware failure and I can restore their virtual machines to a new physical device or restore their virtual machines to their current hardware quickly.
