Redstor is able to recover data quickly and reliably from either cloud or on premise backup. The product is easy to deploy and implement the backup configuration of a tentent. We have had numerous systems that just stop backing up. Support states it is a microsoft service issue but it is their program that is crashing vss. No system or of thousands (without redstor) ever crash. This crash requires system reboot. After a year of reporting the issue, nothing has changed. What do you dislike about CyberSentriq? While Redstor Backup and Archiving offers impressive features and functionality, there are a few aspects that could be improved. It would be beneficial to have a more streamlined and intuitive setup experience for users. Additionally, while the customer support team is generally responsive and helpful, there have been occasional instances where the response time could be improved.
