CyberSentriq provides an all-in-one way for us to manage our small agency’s email and web security, while also enabling regular security awareness and simulated phishing training. Their tools are easy to use, and the training materials they provide are excellent. As CyberSentriq users, the system has helped us avoid spam emails and has even blocked unsafe websites. It runs well on client machines without slowing down speed or disrupting workflow, and the interface is straightforward. If there’s one improvement I’d like to see, it would be having all product modules available in one central dashboard, rather than needing to access separate areas. Getting started has been easy, since the onboarding team walks you through the process. The few times we’ve needed support, it has been responsive and quick. Regular check-ins with a customer success manager help ensure the product is performing the way you want it to, and they also share helpful information about CyberSentriq new releases and the new feature road map. What do you dislike about CyberSentriq? Currently, their product offerings are accessed through different dashboards and separate logins. I’d like to see this centralized into a single dashboard with one set of credentials. Ideally, that same dashboard would also let us view stats and reports across all of their products in one place. CyberSentriq has helped our agency solve several key cybersecurity challenges by combining email security, web protection, and security awareness training into a single solution. The platform significantly reduces spam and phishing emails before they reach employees and blocks access to unsafe websites, helping lower our risk of security incidents and data breaches. The security awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns have also improved employee vigilance, creating a stronger security culture across the organization. From an IT perspective, the tools are easy to manage, run efficiently without impacting workstation performance, and reduce the need for multiple security products. Enterprise (\> 1000 emp.) 7/24/2026 "Superior Algorithm for Email Identification" 5/5 What do you like best about CyberSentriq? I like the interface of CyberSentriq, especially for incoming emails. It's good and makes it really easy to identify mails that have been blocked and maybe need to be released. I haven't compared it to other products, but I just like the ease of use, being able to whitelist emails and domains, and be able to find a history in the logs. Well, as far as the SpamTitan tool, we've had some issues on the outbound side where we had to put tickets in. Where things have been blocked. Certain IPs, I think, have been blacklisted. Too many modules: inbound emails monitored on a different platform, outbound on a different platform, phishing on a different platform. All three need 3 different login accounts with 3 different 2FA. Previously, with Fortimail 99.99% of spam was blocked from day one; with this, I would say 98% were blocked from day one, and a few trickled down and had to be blocked manually. I’d like to say it’s “set it and forget it,” but I don’t think that would be a fair review. I’ve been with CyberSentriq for almost three years now, and the enrollment process was easy. The user-friendly UI/UX also makes it a straightforward product to work with. Like most IT admins, all I really care about is keeping phishing out of users’ mailboxes, and that’s exactly what it does. I like the simplicity of the portals in CyberSentriq. I also appreciate the security campaigns that I can send to coworkers to monitor their internet safety awareness. The spam filter is really useful as it helps our employees stay on track by preventing them from having to sift through a thousand spam emails to find important messages. What do you dislike about CyberSentriq? I've had some issues with CyberSentriq where emails have been spoofed and changed slightly, which allowed them to slip past the filter. One incident involved a spoofed email that sent a request to accounting for a bank change, though luckily it was caught in time. The dashboard is user-friendly and easy to understand. The reports are detailed and readily available, and support is there when I need it. We use CyberSentriq for sending out cybersecurity awareness training. It is easy to import users for Office 365 and pick training modules to share.
