**What do you like best about Flip?**

Flip could quickly be implemented with our current tech stack in less than 24 hours. Their team was there through every step, and my team nor I had to do very little during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

We had no downside as it does exactly what it claims to do: automating our CX calls quickly and effectively and providing results to our customers. The staff now has more time to focus on the more critical CX inquiries.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of CX inquiries with zero hold time. They take the weight off my team for the most frequent requests so they can focus on those things that need more individualized attention.

**What do you like best about Flip?**

The team has been extremely helpful in working with us to better understand our business objectives and in helping create solutions to customer service bottlenecks.  They took the time to understand our tech stack and devise a custom solution that met our needs.  Since integrating Red Route into the flow of our operations we've been able to free up our to focus on other tasks due to the lower volume of calls that aren't handled via an automated self-service process.  The team seems very committed to innovation and adding new features and services that support the needs of growing businesses like ours.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

The reporting and analytics could be improved.  For example, I'd like to receive a weekly high-level summary via email that shows the number of calls received, how many Red Route was able to handle and how many were handed off to our team.

**Recommendations to others considering Flip:**

If you're a small team looking to get started with offering phone support or looking to reduce the ticket volume of order-related queries you should definitely consider using Red Route.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Red Route provides a self-service solution for customers that makes it quicker and easier to provide support for the most common types of issues (i.e order and delivery issues)

**What do you like best about Flip?**

The best thing about flip is the ability to tailor the system to the specific needs of not only your business but the region that you operate in.
This is not just another IVR, this is a super IVR

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

The only downside of Flip is getting members of the public to trust it and use it to its full potential.
This will only come with customer reactions to the experience. The beauty of Flip is they acknowledge this and adapt to suit your needs.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff recruitment and HR is being reduced in the knowledge that the Flip system provides a real working alternative that is effective and cost efficient .
It enables the option for growth.

**What do you like best about Flip?**

The way RedRoute works immediately out the box is surprising and delightful - truly was a skeptic myself but I was sold quickly.  It's an incredible tool that pleases both the brand who pays for it and the end user!

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

Wish their UI was a bit more intuitive and had more nuance to play around with.  Also have had some issues with the tickets that flood the inbox and getting them to close out on their own - more of my issue than theirs honestly.

**Recommendations to others considering Flip:**

100% test out RedRoute for yourself!  It actually works and is surprisingly good at what it does!

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our customers to easily self serve on the phone without feeling frustrated and "deflected".  We have seen nearly 20% of all phone calls be handled seamlessly by RedRoute and it's a joy to have!

**What do you like best about Flip?**

Flip is a very cost effective voicemail automation room which transcribes customer voicemails for our support team and allows for faster decision making without additional correspondence.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

At times it can be a Little Slow to sync and provide transcription, however it is always accurate and that is more important to us.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flip allows us to reduce our costs by allowing us to hire less customer support agents since our current agents can process more calls and tickets in a h shorter amount of time. It also reduces customer wait times by providing them with automated assistance.

They've almost completely automated my call center.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

Nothing yet. I've been working with them for over 2 years.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of my call center. We are a taxicab company and they are able to automate over 85% of our calls. This has allowed us to reduce our call center staff costs and add to our bottom line.

Not understanding need to help with other calls besides dispatch calls

Handling other calls besides dispatch calls. If this is successful it will help with call volume to CSR's.

**What do you like best about Flip?**

Very easy setup done by friendly and professional team. Loved the initial trial period as it proved itself to be a great addition to our customer service. I was worried about customer complaints but we didn't experience any

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

I do not think there is anything particular that we dislike. I would like the customer to be able interupt the agent when they got an answer for their question and I would like to see the platform handle returns

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedRoute is handling the majority of our WISMO calls - this saves a lot of time from our customer service team as probably 20% of all calls are just where is my order even after fulfilling and tracking number being provided.

**What do you like best about Flip?**

It automates away some of the more mindless tasks that take away our customer service agents time from more important things.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

The interface is kind of outdated and lacks a lot of customization but works perfectly fine.

It is automating some of the more repetitive phone calls that take time away from our CS reps.

I wish there were self-service tools (i.e. templates) for introducing non-technical use cases.

RedRoute deflects inbound calls for FAQ (WISMO) and allows our agents to focus on tasks that require more of their attention.

The functionality of the product and how it's constantly evolving.

I would say that the reporting capabilities are there within the dashboard, but the user experience around reporting could be improved.

RedRoute completely automates a decent amount of our inbound call volume, giving our phone agents more time to assist customers who actually need to talk to a human!
