Post-implementation support was kind of disappointing because we were assigned a different project manager which didn't seem to have a good grasp of the decisions that were made during the initial requirements gathering period. Redpath literally held our hand as we took a closer look at our sales process and how to best optimize our sales' team use of Salesforce to support the marketing department's automation strategy.
