I like the functionality of the program, the fact that it is a free sotfware, I like the connectivity it has across platforms and how versatile it is in terms of revisions, sharing, and good templates. I like the portable version and that it can connect to google drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RedNotebook? The design of the program and portable version should be better. I would like to see a mobile version of the program to increase connectivity across devices. I think there are softwares from other companies (perhaps more popular) like onenote, google keep, etc that can sync better with other platforms, specially online and with images. Running the program for the first time can be confusing and there is not a lot of help to navigate the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering RedNotebook: Think about functionality and how expert is the user going to be, as well as what needs are being fulfilled, because it is not an easy software to work with although it can work out in the end as it is free and easy to share. I am trying to have my students journal about the books we are reading in class and I have seen that they are confused by the software at first, but then find it interesting to add all kinds of features.
