This timing limited our ability to evaluate alternative vendors before renewal. When we contacted RedFlag, we were informed that our account had already renewed under the new term despite not having prior visibility into the updated pricing. For organizations—especially nonprofits with tight budgets—I recommend carefully reviewing renewal clauses and confirming how and when pricing changes are communicated before signing. **What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?** RedFlag provides emergency notification capabilities, which are helpful for basic communication needs. However, the value of the service has been impacted by recent pricing changes and contract renewal practices that reduced our ability to plan and budget effectively.
