What do you like best about Shift?

Honestly Shift has revolutionised how I work, being able to house all the main applications I need to communicate with clients and sort my work all in one place is a life saver, from Emails, to communication on Slack to Project Management on ClickUp its all in one palce and so easy to access whenever I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shift?

Honestly nothing right now, I have found they support 95% of the shows I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great when you have several accounts you need to manage"

What do you like best about Shift?

I appreciate that I can have workspaces for several different contexts. Work, Personal, Freelance, each with their own apps and email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shift?

It's really just a wrapper for the web app, so anything that doesn't work there, won't work in Shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Management, Needs Mobile Upgrade"

What do you like best about Shift?

I love using Shift for its ability to aggregate multiple email accounts in one view, making it easier to manage my personal and business emails efficiently. The integration with WhatsApp is particularly useful, as it allows me to keep track of messages across different platforms seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shift?

I would like to see a better mobile experience with Shift. I checked a while ago, and one didn't exist. I'm not sure if one is in the works, but certainly, having the experience on mobile would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shift?

"A real time saver!"

What do you like best about Shift?

I love that EVERYTHING is in ONE place. I work with many tools open at the same time and with SHIFT...everything is neatly organized, saving me time and aggravation...AND...it's easy to connect all my tools and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shift?

Honestly? The only think that is not practical with Shift is that my LastPass does not seam to work well with Shift....which means it does not fill my user name and password automatically. And sometimes...the refresh is slow for my Voxer app for example...I have to constantly sign out and sign back in to be current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your feedback about LastPass and the refresh speed, there are some limitations with extensions due to the way the different Spaces are partitioned and password managers seem to be the most negatively impacted.

"Been using for 5 years and could not go back to anything else"

What do you like best about Shift?

I am an agency owner and sometimes have to log in to customer accounts and run multiple emails. Shift helps me to be organised and easily access my daily software and saves time by not having to juggle different account logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shift?

There are few things like with every software but they are merely preferences. The browser should always revert to your default computer browser even when you click open in new tab as it always opens in shift instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
