While it has been able to get the job done in that it provides us with lists of companies that we prospect with - I am actually somewhat disappointed in this product. There are multiple times where the company has had errors on our download counts and has taken a while to even respond to fix the issue. Companies are listed multiple ways so you could use 5-6 downloads essentially on the same company. The customer service is just OK. Was pretty disappointed specifically when they came time to renew with us. **What do you like best about REDBOOKS?** The ability to build targeted company lists based on the specific criteria that we had. **What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?** Accuracy is an issue. I would submit specific criteria for a list and would find that I'd receive companies that did not fit the proper definition. **Recommendations to others considering REDBOOKS:** The renewal process was handled extremely poorly. They wanted to significantly increase the cost of the product while not offering any additional value to us. They couldn't clearly explain why. They had multiple errors and didn't know much about our account. Very displeased near the end of this relationship. ### 2.
