Redactly AI redacts PDFs and scanned documents on your device. Your files are never uploaded. It finds Social Security numbers, account numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, addresses and driver's license numbers. You can also tell it which names to look for, including common variations of each name. You review each match and choose what to black out. When you export, the PDF is flattened and the text under each black box is removed, so nobody can copy it back out. Built for paralegals, legal assistants, tax preparers and anyone who sends documents that contain personal details. Available on Mac, iPhone and Android, with a 14-day free trial.
