I think they did a reasonably good job pen-testing my environment. I shopped around and their rates were the most reasonable. The service was excellent. Pen-testing is a contractual requirement with large enterprises. It's something any developer team can do themselves so it's a bit painful to have to hire an external service provider for this, the rates in relation to the work feel astronomical.
